Having had extensive experience cooking for a company in several countries abroad, as well as recipe development for a large supermarket chain I finally turned my passion into my own business in 2007 and launched Three County Catering.
I now cater for everything from private dinner parties to weddings and everything in between. Many of my customers have become very regular clients. The business has flourished by both word of mouth and a reputation for attention to detail, beautiful presentation, excellent food quality and of course taste!
Three County Catering is constantly expanding. I am frequently called on to give demonstrations at events on everything from sous vide cooking to a taste of Cumbrian food as well as themed cookery demonstrations.
I offer one to one cookery tuition as well as cookery days at Cragg House High Casterton Kirby Lonsdale.
